I had the chance to work with Travel Nevada and Matador Network to document a series of cowboys and craftspeople along the so-called Cowboy Corridor. A startlingly beautiful expanse of desert and mountains that stretches across the northern part of Nevada, this remote region is home to a rugged, self reliant and incredibly warm group of people. The antique ambrotype method captured these souls perfectly and opened my eyes to a way of life I’d only read about in books.
